“I had the luck of living opposite Paul, and used to see his van parked outside our building. So, when the time to move came, I did not have to look any further. He called back really quickly, and communication with him provided the first wave of relief. Paul sounded professional and trustworthy, and, now that I think of it, it did not even cross my mind to look him up for reviews beforehand! He provided an excellent service, was really helpful with lifting, which made moving (the contents of a room: mostly suitcases and boxes with books, a desk, chair and three pieces of a bookcase) faster and safer. His great personality, sense of humour, and interpersonal skills made a four-hour process (move to storage, then to new place, crossing from South to West London) a genuinely delightful experience.
